As a dedicated third-generation cattle buyer and rancher, Michael Holmes is the heartbeat of EcoHerd Solutions. He didn't learn the cattle business from a textbook—he learned it from his father and his grandfather before that. His relationships across the Canadian ranching community span decades. Shaped by generations of hands-on experience, Michael brings practical judgment earned in the yards, pastures and sale barns, along with a clear understanding of what agricultural families actually need to move their operations forward.

Her background in business, operations and marketing equips the company with strong strategic insight, an entrepreneurial approach and a proven ability to turn ideas into practical services. Marie lives on an Alberta beef cattle operation and is active in the Canadian performance-horse industry, giving her a firsthand understanding of the people and realities EcoHerd was created to serve.
